The Man Behind The Metrics

More Than
Just Code.

"I bridge the gap between technical engineering and creative storytelling. I am Kishan Yadav, and I build digital engines that drive real-world revenue."

01

The Genesis: It Started with a Question

It wasn't about marketing at first. It was about connection.

Growing up in India during the rapid digital explosion of the mid-2010s, I watched as the world shrank. Suddenly, a small business in a dusty lane of Delhi could sell products to a customer in New York. This fascinated me. How did it work? What were the mechanics behind this global connection?

My journey began not in a boardroom, but in a text editor. I started as a developer. I learned HTML before I learned how to write a sales email. I understood the Document Object Model (DOM) before I understood the marketing funnel.

But I noticed a problem.

I saw brilliant developers building beautiful websites that were like Ferraris without engines—stunning to look at, but going nowhere. They had clean code, but zero traffic. On the flip side, I saw marketers shouting into the void, driving traffic to broken, slow, and ugly websites that couldn't convert a visitor to save their lives.

"The gap between 'Development' and 'Marketing' was where businesses were dying. I decided to fill that gap."

I realized that to truly help businesses grow, I couldn't just be a coder, and I couldn't just be a marketer. I had to be a hybrid. I had to understand the *infrastructure* of the web (Web Dev/SEO) and the *psychology* of the user (Content/PPC). This realization was the birth of my career as a Full-Stack Growth Consultant.

The Evolutionary Path

From syntax errors to scaling strategies.

The Code Foundation

Web Development

This era was about syntax. I learned that clean code is SEO's best friend. I obsessed over pixel perfection.

'20

The Traffic Discovery

PPC & SEO

I stopped selling "websites" and started selling "leads." This mental shift changed everything for my clients.

'22

The E-Commerce Scale

Shopify & Scale

Managing budgets over $50k/mo. Understanding ROAS, LTV, and CAC. The stakes got higher, and so did the results.

The Strategy Era

Consulting

Now, I act as a fractional CMO for my clients. I don't just execute tasks; I direct the vision.

My Philosophy: Data-Driven Creativity

"Creativity without data is just art. Data without creativity is just a spreadsheet. Magic happens in the middle."

Many clients ask me, "Kishan, what is the secret to going viral?" or "How do we hack the algorithm?" My answer is always boring to them, but exciting for their bank accounts: Consistency and Math.

I believe that Digital Marketing is an engineering problem. We have inputs (Ad Spend, Content, Traffic) and we have outputs (Revenue, Leads, Brand Equity). The machine in the middle is the Website and the Funnel. My job is to tune that machine.

The "No-Assumption" Rule

I never assume I know what your customer wants. I let the data tell me. We run A/B tests. We look at heatmaps. We let the market decide.

Radical Transparency

You will never wonder where your budget went. I believe in over-communicating. If a campaign fails, I tell you why, and how we fix it.

This philosophy has allowed me to work with diverse industries—from local service providers in Delhi to e-commerce giants shipping globally. The tactics change, but the principles remain the same.

The "Full Stack" Advantage

Most consultants are one-dimensional. They can write copy but can't code. Or they can code but can't sell. I offer a rare convergence of skills.

When I build a landing page, I am simultaneously thinking about:

  • The DOM structure for Google's crawlers.
  • The loading speed for Mobile UX.
  • The psychological trigger in the Headline.
  • The retargeting pixel firing on the button click.
Web Development (WordPress/Shopify) 95%
SEO (Technical & Content) 90%
Performance Marketing (PPC) 85%
Data Analytics & Strategy 88%

Beyond The Screen

While I live and breathe digital, I am not a robot. To be a great marketer, one must understand humans, and to understand humans, one must live a life outside the browser.

Photography

Capturing moments teaches me composition and the importance of visual hierarchy.

Reading

From Stoic philosophy to behavioral economics. Learners are earners.

Travel

Exploring new cultures helps me understand diverse consumer mindsets.

I bring this human perspective to my work. When I write copy, I don't write for "users" or "traffic." I write for the stressed father looking for a solution, the excited teenager looking for the latest trend, or the CEO looking for reliability. Empathy is the ultimate marketing tool.

Enough About Me.
Let's Talk About You.

You have a vision. I have the blueprint. Let's combine them to build something extraordinary.
